LOUIE BOYLESTON ROCKS!
The Dickens performing at the National Guard Armory, 1967. From left are Jimmy Smith (bass), Louie Boyleston (lead guitar), Ron Bowman (vocals), Richard Pierce ( keyboard) and Skip Higgins (drums).
To the right is a poster from The Electric Experience including The Dickens on the bill.
On the left is The Que “Beatboys” CD. Louie played/recorded acoustic guitar on two David Lear penned tracks “Run” & “Room To Talk” working closely with producer Bob Wolstein (Gingerbread Studios) to assist the development of The Que sound. Also playing along on tracks is lead guitarist Pat McDermott who later dated Olivia Newton John and became somewhat of a mystery after he went missing creating a media stir. |
